Rose Hattersley
Assistant Headteacher, Primary
Rose completed at BA (Hons) in Modern Foreign Languages: French and Spanish at Newcastle University in 2010. She worked as a translator for a large chemical corporation before deciding to embark on a career in education and undertook a PGCE in Primary education in 2013 where she specialised in teaching French.
She began her teaching career at Oxenhope C of E Primary school, where she worked for 4 years teaching years 4 to 6. In 2017, Rose was appointed as Assistant Headteacher at Dixons Allerton Academy and has been responsible for teaching and leading Lower Key Stage 2 since then. In addition, Rose leads PSHE across the Primary school.
